Perhaps THE current leading restaurant in the region showcasing farm-to-table delights. A little over a year old, and the young couple (Lee Chizmar and Erin Shea) who own and lovingly run Bolete continue to be rewarded with regional and national recognition for their vision and attention to detail.
We personally can't pass up a chance to slurp down their Chilled Island Creek Oysters which may be perfection on the half shell (we'll let you see for yourself why).
Their wine and craft beer menus contain so many special finds that you will either decide to dine here often or find yourself tryng to negotiate with your dining partners on the things the table can share to ensure you'll get a taste!
